Sewing
We use the latest cutting and sewing machines that function effectively, and also these machines work with fast speed to meet the deadline of production with efficiency and quality. We have Juki overlock and hemming machines, as well as Bando automatic cutting machines. Our staff work very hard to meet the deadline of shipments. We make sure to constantly Q.C check on each stage of the sewing process to make sure to deliver top quality as per A.Q.L. 100Xtile Q.C department regularly conduct line inspection including final inspection before the delivery and also handle these records.
Processing
